• We ask a two night minimum stay on weekends.
• To confirm your reservation, a one-night's deposit is required within 7 days from the date reservations are made.
• The deposit will be forfeited if guests arrive after date specified or depart before the final date of reservation.
• If cancellation is necessary, your deposit will be refunded in full if we can re-rent the room or upon a 14 day advance notice.
• Room rates do not include tax.
