Introduction

Renovated in 2007, our Seattle area bed and breakfast is located above Burien's Seahurst State Beach Park on the Puget Sound. We have a spectacular view from our 300 foot vantage point with secluded areas to sit and read or enjoy nature at its best. We are just a few miles from downtown Seattle and a few minutes from the Seatac Airport. We are in a quiet cul-de-sac a mile from any busy streets. Come view the Olympic Mountains, sailboats, passing ships, wildlife, and weather changes as you relax to the lapping waves and the smell of our cedar trees.

There are so many fun things to do surrounding the Eagle's View bed and breakfast! You could spend months and not see everything. When you arrive we will set you in the direction that fits your personality.

Our Seattle area bed and breakfast home is sitting above some of the best sandy beaches in Seattle. Enjoy the trails, wildlife, picnic areas, waterfalls, and solitude. Hike down on the public trails, State Park dirt roads, or the paved main access road for fabulous views and a great workout. Seahurst Park is home to a wide variety of wildlife such as Eagles, Herons, Woodpeckers, Owls, Pheasants, Raccoons, and the usual host of seabirds and marine creatures. There is also a salmon hatchery program in the Park.

Wake up to a beautiful view - you never know what you will see. Enjoy the moon sets and sunsets reflecting on the water. We are offering just one room in our Seattle area bed and breakfast so you will be pampered. Our Guest Room features Private Entry, Private bath with Jetted Tub, Private Line, High Speed Internet. We will offer a full breakfast or a simple one based on your choice.

Rates & Policies

2009 Rate: $169
Two night minimum stay from May 1 to Sep 30.
Deposits: $25 dollar charge secured with a credit card.
Cancellations:
- $25 dollar deposit is non refundable if you cancel or change dates after your confirmation.
- If you cancel within 7 days prior to your stay, or are a no show, your credit card will be charged
  the full amount (Balance owed) unless another guest can be secured.
- No refunds on early departures.
Arrival time 3 PM. Check out time is 11 AM.
No Open Flames or Candles allowed.
No Oils added to the water of the Jacuzzi Jetted Tub.
No heavy drinking, feel free to bring you own alcohol.
No Smoking inside, $200 charge if detected.
With just one bedroom, we enjoy pampering our guests.
Max occupancy for the Sound Vista room is 2 people.
No Pets (No children or pets live here at Eagles View B&B).
