Courtyard Suite Located on the first floor of our new courtyard wing, this suite offers a king-size, four-poster bed, private bath with Jacuzzi, sitting area with cable TV and VCR, direct dial telephone with voice mail and data port, wet bar and refrigerator, A/C and fireplace. French doors lead to a beautifully manicured semi-private courtyard. Off-Season - $200 weekday and $295.00 weekend In-Season - $395.00 weekday and weekend. You may choose from rooms located in our new courtyard wing, these combine 18th century charm with 20th century amenities. All but one room feature a king size, four-poster bed. Newport Rooms (4)-These rooms are located on the second floor of our new addition. The Newport Rooms feature a king-size, four-poster bed, private bath with Jacuzzi, cable TV, A/C, direct dial telephone with voice mail and data port and fireplace. One room, located on the first floor, features a queen size bed and provides courtyard access through French doors off the sitting area. Off-season (11/15 - 4/15) $175.00 weekday and $260.00 weekend. In-Season (4/16 - 11/14) $325.00 weekday and weekend. Courtyard Rooms with Gardens (4)-Located on the first floor of our new courtyard wing, these rooms feature a king-size, four-poster bed, private bath with Jacuzzi, cable TV, direct dial telephone with voice mail and data port, A/C and fireplace. French doors lead out of the room to a semi-private courtyard. Off-Season - $175.00 weekday and $260 weekend. In-Season - $345.00 weekday and weekend.
