Full of American History in a town known for its Mineral Springs that drew American Presidents to town.  It was one of the first resorts in our country where Washington's general stayed in 1824.  The B&B contains 2 rooms and a suite. Stafford Motor Speedway is one of the nearby attractions.

From the wide plank floors, along with hand carved molding and chair rails, to the barreled ceilings and mullion window. The history of the place is still evident today.

Stafford Springs, Connecticut. Known for it's mineral waters. In the earlier years it drew presidents, generals and politicians from all over the country, to bath in these healing waters known by the indians. Stafford Springs is known for the first resort in America.

Evening Appetizer: Sparkling Cider with handcrafted cheeses and cracker platter.


The Gathering Room; once used as a Meeting House in 1778, is now used today for guest to sit and relax. Guests can sit and read from many historical books provided by the innkeeper or use the game table for a relaxing game of chess or cards. A room filled with fun and pleasure. A great atmosphere to make new friends!
