Conference & Special Event Facilities

The conference facilities are available with or without lodging. We presently offer the Board Room (up to 8-10 people) & the Olive Branch Conference Center (Up to 200 Conference Seating) with full catering services for continental breakfast, lunch and receptions. Special occasion and corporate gift certificates are available online or at the Inn. The Perfect Place For Your Special Event

The Boardroom

Accommodates up to 10 conference-style at a large oak table with high back ergonomically designed chairs; Cable TV/DVD/VCR and a dry erase board. Coffee/Tea, Refreshments & Light Snacks can be served throughout the Day from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

The Gardens

The area and grounds surrounding the Inn are available for picnic style boxed lunches, grill menus, and receptions. The facility rental fee will vary and depend on the requirements and nature of the event.

Morning Dove Luxury Patio Suite

Accommodates 10-12 people in a relaxed luxurious environment. Perfect for day meetings or team-building for executives or a small group.
The Olive Branch Event Center

The 3,500 square foot event and conference space will accommodate groups from 25 to 200. Available for seminars, corporate and social lunches. Also available for receptions and dinners. Full service catering available for meetings.

Inn Dining Area

Accommodates up to 24 when set up with 6 Circular Table. Used as the Inn Breakfast area and also for inside Fine Dining. This room is self-contained and offers privacy on the grounds of the Inn. This area can also be used by Brides for a private fully Catered sit down Dinner for Family & friends for a small Group of 25 people. Please call ahead to check availability.
