Guest Information
  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before but more than 48 hours are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in time the deposit is forfeited.
  • No shows will be charged for entire length of stay.
  • Two-night minimum stay over Saturday night.
  • Single occupancy $10 off rate.
  • We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, cash and travelers checks
  • Multi-night discounts, $10 off per night as follows:
    • Peak Season: Stays of 4 or more nights
    • Off-Season: Stays of 3 or more nights
    • Other discounts may be available. Call Peg or Marc for details.
  • Check in: between 3 and 6 pm (unless otherwise arranged).
  • Check out: 11 am.
  • No pets.
  • No children under the age of eighteen.
  • Occupancy is no more than 2 persons per room.
