We are putting the final touches on the place to make it one of the finest Bed and Breakfast's in America.

We are currently accepting guests for August, Labor Day Weekend, and the rest of 2008 and 2009 at originalromar@gulftel.com or call us at 1-800-48-Romar(76627).

The pictures on this website are old, but we will be putting new pictures that will include the new swimming pool and the newly decorated rooms soon.

Listen to the palm trees rustle in the wind, smell the salty air, and feel the cool Gulf Breeze while sipping a tropical drink on the deck of the Purple Parrot Bar overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Wake up to rediscover romance in a charmingly historic atmosphere, as the sun streams through the stained glass windows of your individually appointed room.

After breakfast, take a morning swim in the heated pool or stroll along the beach collecting seashells, curl up in a cypress swing or hammock and read a book, or relax in the hot-tub whirlpool spa.

Tropical Paradise The Original Romar House has five individually appointed rooms and suite and one guest cottage; all with private bath. The Purple Parrot Bar is an honor bar open to our guest and their friends. Closed Sunday.
