Weeknight Frequency Discounts
To show our appreciation to those folks who come to stay with us during the week (Sunday through Thursday nights), we offer some discounts for staying several consecutive nights.

Stay three or four weeknights and one night is 25% off!

Stay five weeknights and one is 50% off!

To qualify, the weeknights do not have to be consecutive; they can be split by a weekend. However, they must be part of one consecutive stay. This discount is posted automatically to all that qualify. When booking multiple rooms, the discount applies for the three least-expensive rooms, with the two-bedroom suite counting as two.

25% off for pastors, missionaries, church workers
We consider our work as innkeepers to be a ministry of hospitality, so we want to support others in ministry who are usually so busy taking care of everyone else that they don't take time to take care of themselves. And, as Mary is a past church worker, she understands that if those in full- or part-time ministry don't find time for personal renewal, they burn out and have nothing left to give. Our inn has six bedrooms, so consider us for an intimate staff retreat, as well as for vacations. (Special-event and holiday dates are excluded from this offer.)

10% Military Discount
If you are active duty military or reserves, receive a 10% discount as our way of saying "thank you" for your service to our country. Military ID must be presented on arrival to verify active-duty status. This offer must be mentioned when making the reservation to receive the discount. This offer is available even during holidays and special-event dates when all other discount offers are excluded.

Romantic Getaway
Are you in need of someplace quiet and secluded to recharge your batteries and enjoy some quality time together? Then you have found the perfect place. And we'll help you in any way we can to make your romantic getaway special.

Once you'd decided which room you want, add $60 to your room reservation and we'll make sure there is a bottle of champagne or sparkling juice chilling in your room for your arrival, along with two keepsake champagne glasses and a dozen fresh roses. We're also willing to help you with other special touches. All you have to do is give us the extra shopping list and a budget and we'll do our best to assist you.

Are you planning this as a surprise? The room that has been the favorite when surprises have been the goal is The Grand Master. It features a king-sized bed in a one-room suite, and a luxury bathroom complete with mirrored walls and candlelight to flood the room with romance. The Garden Room also exudes romance as it is tucked away at ground level with a great view of the spring-fed pond, French-country motif and dimable romantic lighting. However, all of our rooms are unique and become romantic by the love that is in the air.

Elopement and Mini-Wedding Package
Are you wanting a simple wedding without all the traditional hooplah? Are you wanting to elope or have no more than 25 in attendance? Would you like to keep it simple while also having someone else to help pull it all together? Then you need to call us for details on having your wedding, a small reception and your wedding night all at our unique inn, with prices starting as low as $730! We provide options for you to put together the wedding and reception you want within your budget. Please provide 48 hours notice, especially if you're needing us to arrange for the officiant.

Weddings at Montrose Hideaway
Are you wanting an outdoor wedding in an elegant, yet informal, atmosphere? Would you like the convenience of having your wedding and reception at the same place where you and your wedding party and/or family are staying? Book all the guest rooms for two nights and you qualify to schedule your exclusive wedding event. All the attention will be on you, your needs and the needs of your guests. Rent the Entire Inn for Your Special Gathering
Do you have a large family or a group of friends that like to get together, but none of you want the extra work of being the host?

Do you want someplace to host out-of-town guests in a homey atmosphere other than at your house?

Need someplace for a private business retreat?

Are you part of a hobbies club or a church Bible-study group looking for someplace unique for a getaway?

We have six guestrooms for up to 12 people, more than 10 acres of grounds and expansive common spaces ready for your special gathering.

All you have to do is relax and enjoy each other's company, whether in the common areas while having afternoon refreshments, in the dining room while feasting on our freshly prepared brunch-style breakfast, or while experiencing our expansive grounds.

Our inn offers a level of privacy and space that is not matched by any other inns in our area. And it's very affordable, too.

Nightly totals for reserving all the guest rooms, including the 6% lodging taxes, are $1,086.50 for weekends (Fridays and Saturdays), holidays and special-event dates; and $943.40 for weekdays (Sunday through Thursday, unless a special-event date). That averages out to only $90.54 or $78.62 respectively per person per night. Where else are you going to get a deal like that!

To reserve the entire inn, one person acts as reservation guarantor, providing the 50% deposit. The balance is due 30 days in advance rather than on arrival due to reserving all the rooms. The guarantor is then responsible to coordinate details with us prior to arrival.

Honeymoon Hideaway
Let the celebration of your lives together as a couple start with a private toast and flowers in a romantic setting. Just give us a wish list, a shopping budget and pay our $15 shopping and set-up fee, and you can design your own special package. We're also willing to help you with other special touches to make your wedding-night dreams come true. We'll do our best to assist you.

Business Traveler Discounts
Let us pick the room and receive an 8% discount for all weeknights. Pick the room yourself and we'll still take 5% off. (Rates are not available during holidays or special-event dates.)

We know that business travelers need a lot more flexibility, so we give you a discount for being flexible with us. Save the most by letting us pick the room.

Want a specific room? We'll give you 5% off a one- or two-night stay, or automatically apply our weekday frequency discounts, giving you the best rate available!

With business travelers in mind, each guest room has a desk with adjacent ADSL connection. WiFi is available on the first-floor and in some guest rooms. We are willing to send and receive faxes at no charge. Phones are available in the self-service and living rooms for guests' use for local and short long-distance calls.

Advanced reservations and arrangements are required if needing to arrive after 9 p.m. in order to arrange an express check-in. If experiencing flight or other significant delays, the guest must call so appropriate arrangements can be made to avoid the late-arrival fee of $25 an hour.

Last-minute requests accepted only if arriving by 9 p.m.

Our usual cancellation period is one week. However, for our business travelers we shortened it to three days. After that, the usual cancellation policies are in force.

Full breakfast service is available at 8 or 9 a.m. and must be scheduled. Guests needing breakfast before 8 a.m. can ask for a continental breakfast.

ARE YOU A PER-DIEM TRAVELER? We think you deserve an upgrade!

We understand that government workers and others are traveling with a set daily budget, commonly called a per-diem. However, the per-diems are usually less than our discounted rates. If you're willing to pay the difference between your per-diem and our business rate, we'll provide paperwork to guarantee you get your maximum refund while processing the difference on your personal credit card.
