Ellen Elizabeth's cheerful room features her great-grandmother's Jenny Lind mahogany bedroom suite. Every young bride in the early 1900's had to have furniture made famous by "this Swedish Nightingale" soprano. Her range and vocal control are still unique to this day. A guest found her portrait with some old sheet music and it has been added to this convenient downstairs room.

Laura Leigh's generously sized room is pleasantly furnished in period oak pieces with a comfortable king size four-poster bed. A delightful surprise in this room is a unique oak secretary that all the guests want to take home with them. Both of the downstairs rooms retain the antique floral patterned rugs which were so common in bedrooms of the early 1900's.

A carpeted staircase leads to Ashley Anne's bright, airy and sunny second floor suite. Antique quilts created with loving hands from many years ago hang on the walls. A queen sized bed and a family treasured iron twin bed provide a comfortable nights rest. Even though a spacious walk-in shower has been added, the private bath still contains the original clawfoot tub and turtle back beaded board ceiling. A secret passage adds to the charm of this accommodation.
