• Add $15 for each additional occupant.

• A deposit of 50% of your total stay, or the first night's lodging (whichever is greater) is required to confirm your reservation.
• The balance is due upon arrival, payable by cash, personal check or traveler's check.
• If your plans change, a minimum of 10 days notice is required for a full refund of your deposit.
• Less than 10 days notice will result in a loss of your deposit.
